The CEE Innovators Community Meets this November at How to Web Conference 2015

1000+ tech professionals will get together on November 26 & 27 for the 6th edition of How to Web Conference, the most important event on tech innovation & entrepreneurship in South-Eastern Europe. They will meet some of the best & brightest minds in the region, listen to hands-on talks and practical case studies, and get to feel the vibe of the CEE startup ecosystem. The 4th edition of the Startup Spotlight competition and mentoring program will be organized in parallel, bringing together 32 promising startups that will compete for the USD 20.000 cash prizes offered by IXIA Romania.

12 promising startups pitched their products during MVP Academy Demo Day

Bucharest, May 19th, 2015 – The MVP Academy Class of 2015 officially graduated the pre-acceleration program on Friday, May 15, during Demo Day. 12 startups took the stage to pitch their products and showcase the results of 2 months of work, while also getting the chance to start discussions with potential investors and strategic partners. Organized in partnership with Telekom Romania and Bitdefender, with the support of CyberGhost, Raiffeisen Bank, hub:raum, Microsoft, and SendGrid, the second edition of the pre-accelerator took place in between March 23rd – May 14th at TechHub Bucharest and helped the finalists better define their products and businesses, and preparing them for the next steps: scaling, raising money and closing deals.

MVP Academy proudly presents its Class of 2015

Bucharest, March 18, 2015 – 13 promising tech startups with global potential are part of the second batch of MVP Academy, pre-acceleration program that will take place in between March 23rd – May 14th at TechHub Bucharest. The finalists will take their products to the next level and build valuable connections in the industry by attending practical workshops, mentoring sessions and other dedicated activities. The list of teams is available online on the program website. The 13 finalists that are now part of MVP Academy Class of 2015 are building products in fields such as security, mobile commerce, ecommerce, analytics or fashion tech and have differentiated from the other applicants through the experience they already have: most of the startups in the second batch have previously founded other companies or are formed of experienced tech professionals.

How to Web Conference 2014

Bucharest, October 8th 2014 – How to Web, the most important event about innovation, technology and entrepreneurship in South Eastern Europe, will take place on November 20 - 21 in Bucharest, Romania. Success stories at the end of How to Web MVP Academy

Bucharest, July 23rd 2014. – How to Web MVP Academy, pre-acceleration program for CEE early stage tech startups, ended on Tuesday, July 22nd. During the Demo Day, the finalists pitched their products in front of the audience and got the chance to show the results of two months of intense work, workshops and mentoring sessions.
